Product description
The machine is applied to facial cream, hand cream, daily chemical care products, biopharmaceutical, food, paint, ink, nanometer materials, and petrochemical industry.
The tank cover is automatic rising type; the material is directly suck into the emulsifying tank from oil tank and water tank based on a pipe that is under vacuum. The discharge is based on the turn the emulsifying tank. And the heating system is electric heating or steam heating that the temperature is automation controlled. Put the cooling water into the jacket to cool the material, which is simply operated and safe.

Vacuum homogenizer mixer is composed of pre-mixing tank (water tank and oil tank), vacuum emulsifying tank, vacuum pump, hydraulic system, discharge system, electronic system and operating platform.

Vacuum emulsifying mixer series High shear homogenizer adopt most advanced technology for rotor and stator precise positioning, which is the core technology for emulsifying effect. The whole machine system adopts hydraulic lift style, frequency converter speed adjusting system, easy to operation and maintenance. The bi-direction material absorption system makes good homogenizing effect. This model is widely used in liquid chemical, cosmetics, food beverage, papermaking, daily products industry.

Vacuum emulsifying main machine:
· Slow mixer 0-40rpm with PTFE scraper
· Homogenizer 0-3500rpm (rotor and stator can adjust space)
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pressure: chamber-0.093Mpa to 0.1Mpa, jacket 0.3Mpa for steam (standard type)
· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, CIP cleaning head, discharging port, dustproof respirator.

Water and oil pre-mixing tank
· High shear mixer 960rpm or slow mixer 60rpm
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pipeline for material transfer to main emulsifying machine

Vacuum system:
· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump
After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or rotor pump for material out.
